Abstract

Inspired by the passing of our beloved colleague, mentor, and friend Al Franzmann in February, 2009, and to honour all of those who have passed on and have contributed to our knowledge and understanding of moose biology and management, Alces has established the “Albert W. Franzmann and Distinguished Colleagues Memorial Award.”
